Position Overview:

As a Social Circle Leader, you will play a pivotal role in fostering community engagement, building relationships, and creating a sense of belonging among members of our community. Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish and Maintain Social Circles:

   • Co-lead and create a welcoming and inclusive environment within social circles, where members feel comfortable sharing their interests, ideas, and experiences.
2. Plan and Coordinate Activities:
   • Develop a calendar of events and activities for each social circle, ensuring a diverse range of programming that appeals to members' interests and preferences.
   • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, scheduling, budget management, and procurement of necessary resources and materials.
   • Collaborate with community partners, vendors, and volunteers to enhance the quality and diversity of social circle activities.
3. Facilitate Engagement and Interaction:
   • Lead discussions and group activities within social circles to encourage participation, collaboration, and meaningful interaction among members.
