Job Description: Connect 2 Rise Inc. is seeking a Volunteer Donor & Fundraising Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social impact, fundraising, and building relationships with donors and supporters. This role plays a crucial part in helping us raise funds to support our programs and initiatives aimed at creating a less lonely world.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement fundraising strategies to attract new donors and retain existing supporters.
2. Cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners.
3. Research and identify potential grant opportunities and assist in grant writing and reporting.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling fundraising materials and stories.
5. Provide excellent donor stewardship by acknowledging donations, sending thank-you notes, and providing updates on impact.
6. Represent Connect 2 Rise Inc. at networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote our mission and fundraising efforts.
7. Stay updated on fundraising best practices, trends, and regulations to optimize fundraising strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage donors effectively.
3. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in using donor management software and Microsoft Office suite.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Passion for social impact, community engagement, and building meaningful connections.
